I've been browsing around on BT and noticed you have been very busy since you came for some swim instruction at LAC. You've even tackled the very race that I would love to "tri" out, Escape from Alcatraz. I'll hopefully be ready for that next year. I strayed away from the tri training for a while, but my joints are doing much better now that I'm taking glucosamine so I can deal with the running. I'm currently training for the LAC tri again in Flower Mound on 12/16. I'm only substitute coaching when Shannon is out for the LAC masters and mainly swimming on Wed/Fri. I'll be covering next week if you want to drop by and do a little swimming. If you do come by, masters only practice on Mon/Wed/Fri now, but it's still at the wonderful time of 4:45 am - 6:00 am.
